I had no problems with the printer. It took about 15 minutes to set up. Went to the support web site to check for new drivers. Installed the new diver and printed out a 50 page document faster than my old ink jet. It does make noise but so did the ink jet. The printer is fast and will be cheaper to maintain than my old ink jet. They give you several install CD's not one DVD. Some disks have Vista labels and the others just "printer software".
