I primarily purchased these because I have a pink I-pod and the color matched. I also prefer an over the ear headphone rather than something that gets inserted into the ear like an ear bud. Although the volume control feature is great, I am having a tough time keeping these headphone in place at all times. If I move my head, I find that I have to readjust the placement so I can hear the sound. I probably would not buy these again if given the choice.
