Product arrived late. Seller said it was UPS fault. I guess I can't blame them for that. Seller quick to respond to my questions and was very willing to accept return if desired. Biggest issue was product was not everything stated in description (No Blu-ray drive). So far I am very happy with the product and I don't know if I will even miss the blu-ray drive. I just don't like being deceived.
