I had to give this printer one star so I could post the review. It deserves no star.
I bought this printer after reading the glowing reviews here. I feel like I have been duped. The first of these printers that I received would not work properly. It would feed through one piece of paper all the way, then a second sheet halfway and stop. No troubleshooting for this problem was available in the online manual. Assuming I had bad luck with a lemon, I returned it to the store and got a second. During the installation process, I received an error message that the faceplate was not installed and to reinstall it. It was sitting firmly in its place. I called customer support. After 2 hours on the phone with them, the face plate issue was resolved, but the scanner would not work. Figuring I could live without the scanner, I carried on. After printing 4 short documents, the paper feed problem that the first printer had reared its ugly head. I am returning this printer and will never buy another HP product again.
