All in all a good product

I had to replace our old Sony VCR which unfortunately started to eat tapes. I read a lot of reviews about VCR/DVD combo's and thought the most positive were on this JVC model. So far the machine is working quite well. I can make copies of our Camcorder tapes to DVD and tape from the TV etc. Al things it suppose to do.
The only issue I have with this product is programming taping a TV show. The menu is kind of backwards. Instead of accessing the programming menu with one button you have to go through several pull-down menues. Not very user-friendly. But besides that I am quite happy with it and would buy it again.
