Overall I am pleased with this product. The screen is crystal clear and the computer has enough memory and horse-power to last well into the fture. But there are two issues that I'm dealing with that I wasn't anticipating. One is the fact that since it is an "all in one" computer, there is no option for setting up an external monitor. I set up my old computer to connect with my flat screen television as an extra monitor port. So if I was running a video on my computer, I could also view this on my big-screen television. Not an available option on the VAIO. Also, the television tuner does not work on an overseas cable system. Very disappointing.
