This phone is not true 5.8 GHz PHONE! Despite the ad that indicates only 5.8, the manual indicates that the handset transmits on the 2.4 GHz frequency (only the base transmits 5.8). 2.4 GHz interferes with many devices including some wireless networks (b & g), audio transmitters, etc., which made it unuseable for me.
