Pros: sound quality is excellent as good as bose IMO

I have to agree with the other reviews 100%. I wont re-invent the wheel here. the review from hates sony NC is right on the money. my wife wanted something portable to use out is the yard and on her horse event trips(we have a bose dock for inside that we have had for 5 yrs). we looked and listened to the bose for $350. and was pretty sure that was the one but we went home and i did a little searching. this unit came up and i went to listen to it. The bass was impressive, sound over all excellent. Of course it went on sale the week after i bought it but oh well. If you are fussy about quality and want to save some money check this out and then buy it. You wont have any regrets. I generally liked this one better for: Size, Radio, blue tooth and cheaper price... the only thing I'm not sure of yet is battery life. radio presets/scanning took a bit to understand but you will probably only do that once. they say you get what you pay for but i'd say in this instance its more than you paid for.<br />very pleased
