The hard drive in my Acer desktop went bad after only 18 months of use. Fortunately, I had recently purchased a Dell XPS 8300 and had taken out the Geek Squad contract on that unit. Best Buy extends the contract to up to three PC's per household. That contract covered installation of a brand new hard drive in my Acer. The Best Buy Geek Squad was exceptional - they completed the install in one day and had my pc running like new in short order. KUDOS to the Best Buy Geek Squad!
