Pros: easy to use
I haven't used all of the features, but it works smoothly, toner is less expensive in the long run, and I understand it is a reliable brand. I did have to use a local Apple guy to set up the wireless, and he told me I wouldn't have been able to do it myself, given the kind of data needed to set it up. Since I'm not the most savvy techie person, perhaps someone else would be able to set it up without help.
