I bought this laptop about 6 months ago, and it was great until it stopped charging. It is constantly flashing between charging/not charging. Bought a new charger, that didn't fix it. The battery is fine and it's something wrong with the charging port. Called Asus, and their customer service is terrible. Even though it is under warranty, they require YOU to pay to ship it to them. Most other laptop companies not only pay to ship it, but they'll send you a nice box to do so. Make sure to keep your box for the first year if you get an Asus, or better yet go with a company that actually honors its warranty.
