Cons: mouse pad
Mouse pad. Mouse pad. Samsung needs to fix that problem. I already needed technical support to fix it within few days, but it still seems to act funny. My two years old vaio still runs no less than this new Samsung. I bought it for my wife, and she sometimes has to use external mouse to use it. Its frustrating. We wanted to return it, but she already downloaded too many stuffs she needs for her job, and it would have been painful for her to do all over again. This is the only reason we kept it. I would not honestly recommend this particular 7 series to my friends and family . I love Samsung brand; we bought a Samsung TV few months ago, and my wife has Samsung Galaxy 2s; We love them, but I am little disappointed this time.
