I purchased/ordered this refurbished tablet from Best Buy's website when it was a daily deal and was excited based on the price and the tablet's features. I received it a few days later and when I opened it, it had a 2-inch scratch in the middle of the LCD screen and the back of the tablet looked pretty worn as well. I was under the impression that refurbished meant "like new". I didn't even waste any time charging it or seeing if it worked/turned on. I immediately returned it to my local store. Even the Best Buy associate that processed my return was surprised this was sold since it was far from "like new". I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to using this. Oh well, I won't be purchasing any refurbished products from Best Buy again unless I can physically see it before making the purchase.
