I bought this product on Overstock.com, had it sent to my home address and then sent, as a Christmas present to my daughter in Arizona. The handset off button doesn't work, so they have to put the handset back on the receiver each time after use. Of course this ensures the battery will never be low, however, being able to put the phone down anywhere is part of the beauty of a cordless phone. Did I buy a used product??
