Had to send first one back because the CD/DVD did not reject disc's.
I brought it to a store and they sent it back. By the time I got back to my house 10 minutes away, Best Buy had credited my account with the return purchase amount. I ordered another computer and it came and everything, so far 3 weeks ago is working great. Best thing I found was Best Buy's Customer Service - Excellent.

Lightning fast, Blu-Ray is a great feature, and I am surprisingly happy with Windows 7, no problems!
I have tons of files and pictures and with a hard drive of 1 TB- NO PROBLEM!

Terrific computer that has only one flaw, but it can be fixed later however. The video card isn't that great. It's good enough to play HD, Blu-ray, and the Sims 3. Just don't expect to play Crysis or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 without upgrading your card at some point in the future. Computer is very reasonably priced however.

Nice computer, I bought it for video editing. I loaded Premiere CS3 and got the message that the computer had an incompatable sound card and I wouldn't be able to record sound. I tried it anyway and it worked. Next I loaded Encore CS3, loaded OK but could not open it, it would go as far as the"enjoy the blue-ray" blurb and the whole computer would freeze up and I would have to re-start. I disabled the DVD drive and it loaded, I then enabled the DVD drive but I couldn't burn a DVD. These are the primary programs that I use, as I had issues with both of them I just returned the computer.

Great computer...super fast....quick boot.....windows 7 is great. Played call of duty and ran great. No complaints so far and do not expect any. Great buy for the price.
