Grado iGi In-Ear Headphones
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Great Sound, Lightweight
I use these earbuds for commuting and travel. They are light weight and nicely designed. The sound quality is as 'live' sounding as can be in earbuds in this price range.

These are better for classical music and rock than hip hop. I think some might be disappointed in the bass response. The high end sounds have wonderful clarity.

The cord is a bit rubber so it always takes a bit of time to untangle. The silicone at the base of each ear bud is slender and a bit too fragile looking.

Grado iGi In-Ear Headphones
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Great Sound, Lightweight
I bought a pair of Sennheiser ear buds and they sounded very good, but the Grados...magnificent! The clarity is amazing and the bass response is unbelievable. If you enjoy listening to music, I mean really LISTENING, then you want to get these.

Grado iGi In-Ear Headphones
Pros: Comfortable, Good Value, Great Sound
The Grado's have excellent balance and a smooth accurate sound. The strength of it iGi is their midrange. Voices are rich and you can hear every nuance. Imaging is excellent for earphones in this price range even with compressed music. I definitly recommend these earphones.

Grado iGi In-Ear Headphones
Pros: Comfortable, Good Value, Great Sound
I previously owned a pair of the Grado SR60s and loved them, so when it came time for a set of in ear headphones with a budget of about $100, I decided to go with the Grado iGi's. Sound quality is great, and seems good value for the price range.

Grado iGi In-Ear Headphones
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Crisp, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight
Phenomenal sound and comfort for the price. Spatial imaging is impeccable, highs are rich and precise--cymbals are dreamy. Sound is very spacious, may sound odd at first. Burn-in and experimenting with ideal fit will help. I love both (higher priced) Shure's I've tried. These aren't necessarily better, but there is greater clarity. I've caught many new details in favorite recordings.

If you like your music open and airy, more like a live performance, these are for you. Most headphones have the "muddy in the middle" issue. There is no false bass presence with these phones. A less trained ear might say these phones sound a little "thin"--as live music sounds compared to an over produced studio album. At [$] they are a better value and sound better than the Shure's and Bose phones. And don't forget-- you are probably listening to compressed music on a portable device. Your headphones can't make up for what isn't there.

Great all-around phones that get better with age, so break 'em in for a few days. Very balanced and natural sound. As far as looks, you could say these are style-free! Not enough to hurt a five-star rating, though. Buy 'em!
