Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Great Sound Quality
This is a great little expandable wireless speaker that you can use to play music right off of your Computer. With the purchase of other S-air speakers you can enjoy wireless sound throughout your home. The only down side is that the tranceivers may be difficult/expensive depending on which ones you need.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Setup, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Here in SoCal I live in my garden for 9 months of the year. This is the garden music solution I have been looking for. Set up is a snap. The speakers are light and easy to move. The remote works flawlessly. It plays 'Pandora' all day for me and also my iTunes playlist. One speaker is in the den near my computer, the other out in the garden. The aerial has no problem going through walls and windows and fills my small garden with music.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Setup, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Here in Southern California, I spend 8-9 months a year in my Backyard Living Room, Kitchen, Garden. I just plug one of these speakers in and it fills the yard with my music collection or my Pandora custom stations.
Flexibility, mobility. Intuitive setup, good remotes for each unit.
Flawless.
No complaints or critisisims.
I was looking at the Sonos system for 4 times the price. I think this is just as good if not simpler and more straight forward.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Accurate Controls, BETTER then Bose, Easy To Setup, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
These speakers are wonderful! We ordered 3 sets of them and absolutely love the quality & range. They're much better then Bose wireless sound dock II that only allows 1 device per computer. The 6 individual speakers are set up on 2 computers. With the 3 way pairing switch, A B or C, we have B set up for the bedroom and C for Computer. What's really wonderful is being able to switch the computer setting "C" to the bedroom setting "B" and vice versa.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Easy To Setup, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
The Sony S-AIR wireless connection uses the same 2.4GHz band as wifi. Make sure this device is far away from devices using Wifi (router, ipod touch, etc). I have a Sony S-AIR radio/iPod dock, and the iPod touch can't use the wifi network while docked, so can't play streaming internet radio or Pandora via this device.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Easy To Setup, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Great product [...] almost $200.00 cheaper than [...] It sets up quick by plugging in the USB transmitter and then plugging in the speakers and instant home stereo system. The only complaint I have is that is overrides the built in speakers on my computer and therefore one of the speakers must be near the computer for you to hear any of your computer sounds. Not a big deal at the end of the day though.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Easy To Setup, Great Sound Quality
Ubuntu Lucid recognized the USB transmitter Sony AIR-PC10T as an output sound device. The whole system was up and running in a matter of minutes. Good sound quality with the two included sa50R's. I am using it with Pandora and Pulseaudio Equalizer.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
It is really nice to be able to walk around in my large apartment and hear my music! This is a really great item and easy to use. If you were like me, push the transmitter cartridge hard into the back, otherwise you'll think it's broken and doesn't work! I really like this system and just bought another pair of wireless speakers that plug into the wall. I would definetely recommend, the setup was so easy!

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Overall, the reason I bought this set was because I was drawn in by the wireless feature of this system. It ultimately delivers on this aspect, but the product does have some shortcomings. Here are some pros and cons PROS - GREAT price offered on Amazon(one of the biggest pros...I think if you buy it from [...] Buy it is probably $250. - The wireless speakers are pretty attractive and have a nice sleek, polished look - Relatively easy to set up - if you just want to play from your PC directly - Wireless signal is great; I put one upstairs in my room and there was no interference CONS - speaker quality is mediocre; namely, the bass power on these guys is weak - but it is expected. However, as long as your house isn't too large, the sound should travel well enough - In order to play your iTunes playlists directly off the components themselves, need to spend some time setting up the system. Even when you do, the interface isn't really isn't as straightforward to use as I would have liked. - Power outlets for each speaker unit are pretty large (minor) Overall, decent product, but definitely not perfect; you get what you pay for!

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Easy to setup and good price
Cons: remote control instructions
Good price once it was reduced. Easy to install but a bit more challenging when I decided afterward for the remote control option. Like the portability of just plug and play wherever need. Occasionaly unexplaned scratchy interference but not yet sure abut the source. Good sound!

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Easy to Set up, Sounds Pretty Good, Flexible (Can use any room, outdoors, and can move as needed)
Cons: A little costly for multiple rooms
Despite other reviews I tried it out, and found that this system is super easy to set up, sounds pretty good, and could be used in all rooms of my house. Granted we have an open floor plan, but it went pretty far away and behind doors with no problems. Did not interfere with Wii remotes.

Sony ALT-SA32PC Speaker System 2.0
Pros: Sounds good, Easy to set up
Cons: Not for Mac! Disables wired speakers, Adding additional speakers is cost-prohibitive
I originally got this to hook up to my Mac Laptop, since it's always on and all my music and playlists are already set up. Should've done a little research, as it only works on PCs. So I set them up with my PC desktop instead; setup was easy and they sound great, but I have to go into settings and switch back and forth whenever I want to either listen to music through the wireless speakers or play games using my existing wired speakers. Also, purchasing additional individual speakers are almost as much as this whole package! Overall, the quality is good, just make sure you're OK with it's limitations before purchasing.
