I am extremely happy about my mini-stereo system because it is a special gift to my Mummy who has a small but beautiful apartment by the ocean. Her previous stereo system was very bulky and " old School ".
My husband, Ricky set up the system and we played it with the bass button on and volume up and we all were amazed that it's sound is as though it were a normal system as were are used to playing. My Mummy is still experimenting with it trying it out and familiarising herself so that she'll be able to master it and get the most out of her little but perfect stereo.
I will most definately recommend this mini-stereo system both for themselves or as a great gift.
Thank you for the privilege of being able to write a review on all of my purchases with overstock.com
Denise.

That's about all. It is compact , also a plus. On the other hand the
directions are photocopies, in no particular order and stapled
upside-down, making it difficult to go over.
The tape door cover was broken, so that we can never close it.
We didn't return it because of the inconvenience and as I said
it plays my cassettes

This is a wonderful little unit. I use it in my bedroom and it provides a nice sound. The only change I would make is to the display. It is impossible to read the time. The display is just not good. But, in terms of the sound, this is a very nice addition to any room.

Good sound quality, but the stereo was sent with no ac power cord and no remote. The main reason I ordered this system was for realistic sound for classical music and it did not dissapoint..

This item is a GREAT value! It is very small, but puts out a very big sound, especially with the DBB turned on. The speaker wires supplied are quite long, allowing the speakers to be placed anywhere you'd like. CD player has worked perfectly since unpacking with no skips. CD controls are easy to use, as is the nifty LITTLE remote control. (And I mean little! 1.5 x 4.25") The digital tuner allows for 20 preset stations, 10 each AM & FM; it will even program them for you if you'd like. The cassette player works well, and is nicely hidden. Trust me, it's there, you just can't see it! There is a panel on the bottom of the unit that flips down revealing the cassette controls. Very nice feature considering we don't often play cassettes anymore (some not at all except for us born before the 80's). One thing that I need to mention is that the unit is black and silver just as the photo shows, but the speakers are actually a very deep, dark brown wood grain, which was a pleasant surprise to me,
