Got 360 controller?

If you've got an Xbox 360, you need controllers. Here's the original, in all it's glory! The white is a match of the white console.

The layout of the buttons on the Xbox 360 is amazing. It's perfect for many of the games that are on the 360. The rumble is effective, and the wireless capacity is wonderful.

The only beef I have, is that I've had two controllers that become loose on the left analog stick, and they began to drag the cursor when not touched. The Xbox Warranty I had from the console replaced them free of charge.

When matched with the rechargable battery pack, they give you lots of gaming time between charges.

Wire free!

I bought this controller for my husband and he loves it. I used it a few times and I found it very convenient to be able to move around and not worry about disconnecting the controller! It works just as well as a wire one but with the convenience of no wires and as far as the batteries go, he's still on the same pair it came with and he's had for about 3 weeks now! I think that great for regular batteries!! This was a great buy.....

What you would expect

There isn't much to say about a controller. It works. It's easy to use. If you can afford it, buy at least two because it's really nice not to have the cord getting in the way. We have one wireless plus the regular one that came with the system, and I prefer the wireless one.

Xbox 360 - Wireless Controller

This product is perfect. My son says it's great to be able to chill on the couch without being tied down by wires. It is even durable enough for a 17 year old to throw it onto the floor when a game doesn't go his way.

Slightly poor quality

The controller I purchased wasn't quite a perfect controller. I don't know if it's a change in how Xbox has make its controllers since I purchased my last one or not, but the buttons don't seem to work as well. Other than that, though, it is perfect.

XBox 360 wireless controller

It's a great controller. Handles good and its comfortable to hold. Only problem is you have to replace the batteries or buy a 20 dollar recharge kit. Other than that I recommend this controller.

Wireless Rocks

This is my first wireless controller for any system and I absolutely love it. Works perfectly and fits my hands just right. Build seems to be very solid, definitely invest in some rechargeable batteries.

good controller

This is an excellent controller. It works from pretty far away. It uses radio signals instead of being infared which means you don't have to point the controller directly at the system in order for it to work. You can play with the contoller under ur blanket or behind your desk or whatever you see fit. However I do recomened buying the recharable battery as well. It will make life a lot easier and cheaper over time.

Great controller

Having used just about every type of controller out there (from the PS1, PS2, Gamecube, etc) this is by far the best, well-thought out controller of them!

Wireless controllers are the way to go

If you prefered the larger "Duke" XBOX controllers like me, you'll think that the new 360 controllers are on the small side. However, you get used to the size & new button layout quickly. Wireless controllers keep your set up neat & orderly - no tripping over cords. Rechargeable batteries or battery pack are a must (I prefer over play & charge cord). Since it's only $10 more than the wired controller, I don't know why anyone wouldn't get the wireless.

Better than the first

I had wireless controllers with the first xbox and there are at least two things that stick out that I like better about the 360 wireless controller.
1. After purchasing the rechargeable battery with the play n charge kit, replacing batteries is a thing of the past for me now.
2. The design on the 360 wireless controller is better than the original xbox wireless controllers (logitech, pelican, etc.) because the headset plugs into the 360 controller.
As far as playing with it, not much more to be said other than it works. I'm still getting used to the white and black buttons now being the upper triggers. Other than that, it's a little small for my hands, but I don't tire of it.
I like the fact that MS built it to be able to turn the xbox on/off, or shut one controller down if needed.
Overall, 5 stars. Value only 4 stars because of price. These things shouldn't be much more than $25 but they have to make their money somehow.
Just picked up two more here at Overstock due to the sale they're  more
