This is not quite as you would expect... I bought two of these items. One worked perfectly and I was very satisfied with that one. The second one was apparently defective. "Stuff happens." I was "blown away" with your return process. I wish everybody else would model their policies to be like yours. As soon as I said I had a problem, your questionnaire got to the root of the problem, found a solution and started the replacement process! I was kept informed throughout the entire experience. I could not have been more pleased with Amazon's return program. This will guarantee that I will continue to shop with Amazon in the future. I was in tech support for ten years and I learned it's okay to make a mistake or send out a defective product as long as you provide great support after the sale! Great job, amazing Amazon.
