Worst laptop ever

I've owned numerous desktop and laptops PCs over the last 30 years and this is by far THE WORST PC I've ever owned. It crashes EVERY time I eject a flash drive! I owned an IBM desktop with 256K memory running DOS 2.0 that was nore stable! The hard drive is also very slow. The display is top notch but otherwise this worhtless.

I purchased this computer 3 weeks ago and so far I have no major complaints! It's fast, I use it to game (world of warcraft) as well as photo editing. It zooms through these with ease! The two things I would complain about are trivial and inherent in a laptop. One, the screen. It's very bright and not good for editing photos (even toned down it has issues). I had assumed as much and planned on getting an external monitor. The color is wonderful for gaming and other things however. If you plan on using it for photo editing you will want a different monitor. That said, it is a VERY nice LCD screen. The other is the spots for usbs, external speakers, and the power supply input. I think those are more a matter of preference. I tend to hook mine up to multiple things and use a USB hub so it's not a huge deal. Those are the only things I could even try to complain about, and IMO those are very, very trivial and subject to user preference. I bought 2 external hard drives for  more

The best laptop I ever purchased!

A truly wonderful laptop. I hesitated at first since it was so pricey compared to other choices like Dell or HP. However, its ultraportable design, nice layout of keyboard, stylish and professional look won me over, and I'm glad I made the purchased. This is a replacement for my previous HP Pavilion which ran so sluggish. This Sony runs fast, and performs charmlly. Since it does not include some stupid extra software add-ons like other brands do, it took me less than 15 minutes to have it up and running. For the pricey tag, it is actually worth its value, and deserves the Sony name. I just wish it came in more color choices like metallic pink or gold or champagne...rather than just titanium silverish color.

Amazing Graphics!!

If your looking for a laptop with peak performance, this is the one. It has everything you need from graphics to speed. Obviously if your looking for a portable laptop this isn't the one but everyday use you can't get much better. Harrumph Sony!!

Great Computer

Bought this computer for the screen size and blu-ray player. Performs great with awesome video quality. Only thing not extatic about is that the blu-ray player seems to require an update - the sound when watching a BD movie is very low, but might be a setting I have not found yet because all other audio is quite loud. Other than that which I am sure there is a fix for, it is the best computer I have ever bought.
