The ability to hang a 50" plasma weighing over 100# and still be able to move it with your fingertips seemed too good to be true. However, after spending a couple hours measuring and drilling, it does just that. My 50" Panazonic required the use of some spacers (provided), and using the spacers, I needed to get some longer bolts from the local hardware store, but overall installation was very straightforward. The mount comes with virtually all the hardware that one might need (except if you use the spacers and have a 50" Panasonic" ) and holds the TV very securely. I'm pretty fussy and am impressed with the quality of this mount. Even more impressive is seeing this same mount in the big box stores for almost twice as much. Highly recommend!

This is a great product. We have seen it in local stores for @ $400, and paid MUCH less at overstock.com. It is pretty easy to install to the back of the TV, but takes a little planning to mount the wall bracket. It is very fluid and very stable. We are using it to mount a 42" LCD TV in the corner of a room, and we are able to angle the TV to exactly the angle we want because of its well-designed articulating arm. We would highly recommend it!

Amazon's price is great and their delivery very timely. Once this mount is up and installed, it is fabulous -- well engineered, excellent manufacturing, very "tweakable" for leveling and ease of movement -- a solid mount for my new Pio 5010. So why not 5 Stars?
Amazon ships the product (which is quite heavy) in the product's original packaging (no outer box). When mine arrived, the carton had been heavily taped with clear packaging tape. Upon opening the box -- no documentation/manual of any kind. Went to Sanus website and fortunately the product documentation was available for download -- downloaded and printed the manual. First section of the manual is a parts listing, which given the state of the carton, I cross-checked against the major components. To my disappointment (but not surprise) 2 MAJOR parts were not present. The manual pleads you to contact Sanus for parts, instead of returning the product to the dealer, so the next morning I dutifully called CS at Sanus to see
