I am in the Army, Best Buy got me this tv out of California to Afghanistan in under two weeks. I think the price was good at 429, no tax, and no shipping. I am glad I chose this size for my 8x9 room. It has the headphone jacks which work well, although you really need a headset with a long cord, I do have one! Its a 60hz, and a 720, great picture, no issues. I am only sad it doesn't have a usb port, but my xbox 360 does, so no worries. I would buy this again, I did my research and I am very happy with this tv and the exceptional price.

I purchased this television 2 weeks ago and I could not be happier. I also picked up a set of Studiophile AV30 speakers (as recommended by another reviewer). I am so pleased with my purchase. I did a lot of research before my purchase and I was going to go with a Sony Bravia. After seeing both of these T.V's side buy side I went with the Samsung for the better picture quality. The Sony did have better speakers but I fixed that little problem with external speakers. I receive my programing over the air with an antenna (in the OKC area there are about 20 channels) many of which are in HD. The colors are vibrant and really POP. The black and shady scenes on shows are clear and easily viewed in any light. I use this in my bedroom and I think that I made the right choice. I payed a little more than what I wanted to, but I was looking for a quality product and sometimes that quality costs a little more. Maybe it will go on sale for Columbus Day and I can get a little $ back. I do not regret this

I bought this little set to replace an old malfunctioning CRT TV in my bedroom and because my primary set is currently being repaired. I temporarily connected the Samsung in place of my primary set. Though smaller than my primary set, the Samsung's picture is dramatically superior. A friend repeatedly kept remarking on how beautiful the picture appeared. I recommend using "Movie" mode instead of the factory setting of "Standard." I also adjusted all of the video settings to a more film-like picture quality. If anyone wants them, I'll be happy to share. Now, to my main point. As I stated, I bought this TV for my bedroom. I rarely watch TV in my bedroom and I became sad to think that I would eventually lock this little jewel away and rarely ever see it. Then it hit me...move it to my office and replace my PC's 15" LCD monitor! I'll get to enjoy it every day! I'm very pleased with my decision to buy this HDTV.

We originally saw this TV at Bestbuy with a price of $399.99 (March or April 2009). We weren't sure if it would fit in the space we had so we got measurements and went home. We were also hoping they would have the TV on sale. Lo, and behold, it went up in price $130.00!!! We watched for months for someone to have it on sale again. The picture is wonderful and, so far, we haven't run into any problems with the functions.

Bought last year's model from Amazon in July 2008 (LN26A450C). Worked great until last week (a little over one year...now out of warranty). Now, the power standby light is on, but the TV will not turn on when the power button is pushed. Also won't turn on when the remote power button is pressed. Picture was great until this happened. Samsung website says component has failed and it must be serviced. Probably more money to fix the problem, than just by a new one. I have Samsung computer monitors and another 40 inch LCD TV. All have been ok. Oh well, live and learn. I may try Sony next time.
