Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Good sound with ambient noise isolation.
Cons: Where's the bass?
If you're looking for good sounding buds to use in a noisy environment, these phones could be just the ticket. The sound leans toward the bright side with a crystal clear midrange. Although Klipsch boasts a tuned reflex for the bottom end, I found the bass to be less robust than other earbuds I've used. The S4’s best feature is it's fantastic noise isolation coupled with long term comfort. The Klipschs are at their best on a long noisy commute.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Clear, accurate sound, amazing tight bass, good sound isolation
Cons: Ear canal fatigue for some people
In case you've been wondering why there is such a gross disparity between the evaluations, including a lot of people who HATE these phones, here's why:

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Sound, confort, look
Cons: It broke within 5 months
I got these around June of 2012 and they sounded excellent for the 6 months they were usable. Well about a month ago there was a problem with the headphones ability to connect with devices and eventually, as of now, they dont play any sound. The problem is that Klipsch didnt put effort in the headphone jack and now it cant play sound.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Everything
Cons: I can't find anything
I have owned these earbuds for 3 years. For me the most important qualities of an earbud is sound first and comfort second. These fit both perfectly. I won't ramble on about how great they are and how they greatly enhance my listening experience because they do. What I really want to say is everyone hears things differently so these may not be for all tastes but I assure you for all the reviews that say there is no bass and they sound tinny do not have them fitted correctly into their ears. They have stunning bass and do not sound tinny. But ALL earbuds must fit correctly or they will sound terrible So everyone reading these reviews keep that very important fact in mind before deciding these are not great sounding. By the way I love these so much I have 2 pairs.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Good price for quality sound
Cons: no problems
I can hear things that I have never heard before. I can actually hear the bass player separated from the bass drum. I wanted earphones that will stay in my ears and these do just that. Sturdy, great sound for a good price, what more can you ask for?

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Not much
Cons: Sound, feel, construction
Everyone else seems to love these earbuds, but I found them to be even worse than cheap $10 pairs that I own. They do not fit comfortably at all; it's very difficult to get to a point where I'm not hyper-aware that they are stuck in my ears--again, something I don't even experience with cheapo earbuds that I own. They feel like cheap plastic and do not have much style to them, either.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Not good with exercise, tend to fall out and the sound is not all that great.
Tried these headphones after using other headphones. After a month of use I made the decision to go back to what I was using before. These headphones might be better used when not exercising because they fall out of my ears while running and the sound is not ideal. Don't recommend these headphones for high activity or if you are looking for a good sound.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: confortable
Cons: sound quality
I was excited to jump from cheap headphones to a brand like Klipsch but unfortunately these were not great. I gave it a 2 week break-in period and while the sound got a bit better, my $14 JVC earbuds sounded better. Sound isolation isn't the greatest either and each time your body comes in touch with the wires it will add an unpleasant noise to your sound experience. The S4's however, separate the different sounds in a song better than my cheap JVC's but that's about it. Bass is weak and muddy.

Bought based on reviews. Clear sound but not much bass. Mids and higs are clear but music does not sparkle. Presence should be more palpable. Wish I went with Grado - their phones are the best, and they make earbuds now.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: As other reviews say, you hear parts of music you never noticed before!
Cons: Like any earbuds, prone to fall out of ear, if you bump or tangle cord the wrong way.
Everything from the nice tin for storage, the 3 sized ear canal nubs (for perfect comfort and fit) is classy. I tried some skull candies 50/50 (also good, but not at this level) and went with these before I tried the PowerBeats (dr dre/monster) which are $150 - I dont think [for half the price] I need to go there. I listen to a variety of music/audio and don't necessarily care about a thumping bass. I prefer accurate and full spectrum sound. There were also the Bose earbuds I was looking at ($99) but Klipsh delivers both the quality and value I was looking for!<br />As a sound connoisseur, I get many different brands to compare - these are top notch.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Compete with much more expensive headphones.
Cons: Cord won't lose it's curliness.
I'm not particularly experienced in the realm of really high-end sound. My last pair of headphones were Skullcandy Titans, and I was pretty happy with them, but I wanted to take a step higher in sound quality, and went for the highest quality headphones I could get for under $100.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Sound Quality, Price, Confort, Noise cancellation
Cons: I have not experinced a problem
I looked for sometime for some earbuds. I did some research and found these. Amazing! These earbuds are amazing. The comfort is amazing because the actually FIT your ear. Klipsch has figured out the shape of an ear. Unlike other headphone makers which make their headphones round, Klipsch is oval and they fit your ear. Also it doesn't take any work to put them in. Unlike other headphones that I have tried in the past these require no work to put in your ear. Once you place them in they are there until you take them out.

I bought these to use with my iPad to listen to music and watch movies while traveling from Austin, Tx to Alaska. I tried numerous earbuds and none would stay in my ear and was so frustrating. The outer part is very flexible and seems to mold to the ear once inserted more so than any others. Highly recommend these.

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: comfortable highs sound good
Cons: price, bass, durability
picked these up because all the great reviews online. Was not satisfied with sound quality. For headphones marketed as bass enhanced the bass is no where to be found. the wires are flimsy and not well built. They were comfortable but did not sound like $79 headphones. returned them in less than 1 hour Good highs but no bass! my skullcandy titan sound 10 times better Don't bother

Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones (Black)
Pros: Sound quality, price, sound quality, sound quality, you understand
Cons: Durability is on the lower side
Bought these August 2011 so I have had them for a little over a year. They're the best earphones I've ever heard. Seriously. AWESOME BASS. Good mid range and treble too. Just overall good. Better then the others, so don't waste your money on anything else. Also, if you have a pet leave these things far far away from them! My cat got to them once and the result was not so good... Looking to buy my second pair before 2013!
