Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Comfortable, Compact Design, Great Sound Quality
Read many mixed reviews about these In Ear Speakers and am I glad I bought them. I am just a lover of all types of music and these earbuds do what they claim. You hear all the highs, lows , and everything in between. For the people who complain that there isn't enough bass, buy a sub woofer and amp and put it in your car. I would definitly recommend these earbuds, they are worth every penny.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Comfortable, Great Sound Quality
These are my first pair of top quality earbuds. Far and away better sound quality than the $30 pair of Sony earbuds that I had been using. It would be difficult to exercise with these earbuds, but you can use them anywhere else.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Comfortable, Compact Design, Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality, Low Frequency Response
I've purchased many high end headphones (SURE, KLIPSCH) and paid 2 to 3 times as much but these are the best range of frequency response ever. Great low response.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Great Sound Quality
I have had several different brands of in ear headsets. These have the best bass of them all. I'm pleased with the mid and high as well. All in all, the best I've heard under $100.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: They do what they say they do
Cons: Price is high
These headphones are spectacular. They deliver a wide variety of frequency. From crisp highs to deep lows, they really do preform as expected. A lot of people are hating on these headphones, particularly saying that there is not enough bass. Well these people have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. The reason they don't hear enough bass is because they are using the wrong ear-tips. Ill admit, you do kind of have to push the buds in pretty far to get a lot of bass, but it is definitely there.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: sound, comfort, looks
Cons: price, building quality, durability
I got these headphones and they lasted me about 1 and a half months, my head phones never break but these... The gun metal part in the back started to come off the part where the speaker was and eventually they started to stay apart and after a little longer the wire for the head phone broke and the right ear bud stopped working. Then near the headphone jack the plastic cover that was on the top of the jack fell off and now the internal were exposed. Great sound while they lasted but quality was horrible and i never break headphones ever....

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Sound and build quality
Cons: Ear fitting can be a pain if you don't know what you are doing
I've owned some nice ear buds before from Shure or Klipsch, and I've loved both brands, but these Turbines are the best ones I have heard yet. I have listened to the Bose ear buds and I don't think they are worth anything near the purchase price, and the Beats by Dre are OK, and while both the Beats and the Turbines are made by Monster, these ear buds sound phenomenally better! The only downside to them is they can sometimes be a pain to get in perfect to create a good seal. The best tip is to make sure you have the right size tip, then pull up on your ear while inserting the ear bud into your ear canal. I highly recommend picking up the supertips by monster as well because they increase the noise isolation and also make the sound better because of better materials and construction than that of standard ear bud tips that come with most ear buds. I highly recommend these headphones!

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bass, Treble
I bought these because I had heard that they were great headphones. The second i put them in my ear i knew that I had just wasted money. They had no bass at all and when I turned up the volume the treble started screeching and the bass hardly increased. I am returning these the next time I get a chance to and buying a pair of beats by dre. Only buy these if you like wasting money

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: comfortable
Cons: CHEAP SOUND!! RATTLES
I tried these headphones based on reviews toting "great bass!" and "superior sound quality". The first time I put them in my ears, I admittedly thought that they were very comfortable. Then I turned on my music. It literally sounded like I was listening to blown speakers. These headphones rattled SOOO bad! My $30 Costco special headphones have more bass capability than these! I took them back immediately and picked up the Bose IE2 headphones. VASTLY superior. I can't even tell you how good these headphones sound and feel!

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Well-Rounded Sound, Stylish, Comfortable
Cons: No cable slider to prevent tangling
These have replaced the Ultimate Ears' MetroFi 170s that I bought from Best Buy in 2009. At the time, those were my personal pick as the standard-bearer of entry-level in-ear monitors. They were extremely competent, and accurately reproduced every nuance and instrument in the types of music that I listen to. And, they were not shy when it came to bass.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Sound Quality
The Monster Turbines (deservingly referred to as "in-ear speakers") show the ear what music is truly meant to sound like. Precisely delivering what was recorded in the studio with a tight but deep bass, in addition to trebles and midranges that coincide with the eardrum's natural "waterfall" resonation, these earphones deliver top-notch sound quality and balance even at full volume without fatiguing the listeners' ears. Well-worth every penny; you'll never want to listen to other headphones again. Also comes with three sizes of sound-isolating eartips, ensuring your comfort while you experience your music like never before.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Sounds amazing and very durable.
Cons: The earbuds can take a little while to get used to.
Over the years I have gone through numerous sets of headphones but none compare to the Monster Turbine headphones. I have been using them for over a year now and they work perfectly! The price is high...but I promise you that these will be a worthwhile investment! I would definitely recommend these to my friends.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Audio, comfortable
Cons: They hardly lasted outside the box
I got these as a gift and loved them so much I didn't want to actually use them. So they sat in their case for a month until there came a time. On the first occasion the plug cap came off and the wires started to become exposed. So they went back into their case. A few months later I decide to give them another shot. This time the wires became fully exposed and, as expected, the audio soon gave out. All in all, for the three hours they worked, the earbuds were extremely comfortable and the audio was excellent. I can only hope that the warranty won't be as much of a let down because I've had JVCs that lasted longer.

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: Sound AWESOME and durable.
Cons: no control talk, thin cable and overpriced.
These are kick behind headphones. So far I've tried the iBeats, which blow because of how poorly their made. I've went through 5 iBeats so far. Then I tried the S4i which are amazing and just as good sounding a the Turbines but the S4i's are sold out everywhere and really flimsy. The Turbines sound a little better than the S4i and are way more durable. But...S4i = $99 and Turbines = $179 so... I only wish the Turbines had a control talk thingy on the cord. They are sold with one but Best Buy doesn't carry them and even if they did the control talk switch is the same as the iBeats so forget that. Overall I am happy with the Turbines and I recommend getting a pair of Comply foam tips from Radio Shack to use with the puppies. PEACE!!

Monster Cable 127593 Turbine In-Ear Speakers Headphones - Black Chrome
Pros: sound quality is balanced, comfort
Cons: durability
I will be comparing these headphones to the beats by dr dre tour during this review since that is the most bought headphone in this price range. I've had these for about a month, but if these are anything like the jamz and lil jamz then the cord will be fairly weak and not be able to sustain a lot of damage, but i haven't had that problem yet. The housing is made of metal so it is durable. Compared to the tours, these are definantly more durable with the housing, but the cord is weaker and will most likely break faster, and i will also say that this cord is tangleable(if that is a word) unlike the tours. Comfort wise these headphones come with many different buds and once you find the one that fits you best then you wont have a problem with these in your ears. Also your not going to hear all of the music unless you straighten out your ear canal, its included with the owners manual, and trust me when i say that these will feel much more comfortable when you do this, and you will also see a huge increase in sound quality when you do this. These beat the tours in that category, only because the tours are very uncomfortable to be in the ears. Sound quality wise these have have a very balanced sound, the high, mids, and lows are all very defined and don't overpower the others. The only problem i have is that the bass is a little less than what other headphones offer at this price range. The tours have much more bass than these while the highs are not as defined as these, those headphones are made much more for rap, hip hop, and anything bass heavy. these headphones were made more for things like rock, alternative, punk, anything that isn't bass heavy. Overall these beat the tours in comfort, tie them in sound quality, and lose to them in durability, buy these headphones if you need comfort, and balanced sound quality, but if you need more bass heavy headphones take a look at my review for the tours.
