Pros: Easy to set up, great price
Cons: Doesnt let me wake up to music, but if i set my ipod alarm, problem solved!
One Complaint --&gt; The battery in the remote did not work when I received it. But to right the wrong BestBuy gave me a credit to replace the battery :)<br />Speakers are great! Only wish the alarm would have the option to cut the iPod on and play music instead of the beeping sound. But I must admit the beep wakes you up!

Pros: Decent bass for it's size, full sound with plenty of volume, nice looking clock, big rotary dial for volume
Cons: Short battery life
I'm happy with the overall sound of the speakers. To me it is a little boomy in the upper end of the bass spectrum, and the highs could be more crisp, but with a little eq it sounds pretty good. It certainly is loud enough for my usage. I have it sitting on top of my refrigerator and it fills out the kichen with decent stereo separation. I turn up the volume fairly loud and notice no hints of distortion. For the price that I bought it for on-sale, I can't imagine getting a better sound from any other docking speaker. I listen to electronic, rock, jazz, and classical music.

Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus Speaker System
Pros: Sound quality and volume
Cons: None
This is a nice unit to place in a spare bedroom, living room, or even bedroom. I use it for an alarm clock. The standard alarm is annoying enough to get me out of bed. The speakers for music sound very good. Placing it a few inches off a wall makes it sound significantly fuller due to the rearward projection (in addition to forward firing speakers). I really like the cordless option as well. Great to take out to the garage or patio and not have to plug it in. I don't know if it will charge the batteries if you use rechargables, but that would be awesome.

Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus Speaker System
Pros: Sound quality, and ease of use.
Cons: Nothing other than what I mentioned about the adapters.
Except it was kinda expensive, seeing how it was being discontinued. If you have your Ipod in a case you CAN NOT use any of the adapters it tells you to use, because the case will not let it make contact like it should to work. Other than that, it has great sound quality and operates like a charm.

Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus Speaker System
Pros: Price and full sound
Cons: Eats batteries for lunch!
Without rechargeable batteries, when they say '...10 hours...' they're including little more time just to run the clock when you aren't playing music and it isn't plugged into AC.

AMAZING sound. Bought it as a gift for my mother. She absolutely loves it. It's compact enough to where she can bring it to her friend's house whenever she wants. Very easy to use and pack up and go whenever.

Pros: Sound is wonderful
Cons: no radio
We bought this unit for my daughter for her birthday and ended up liking it so well we bought it for another family member for Christmas. Great sound from such a small unit. Easy to carry around. We love it.

Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus Speaker System
Pros: good price, great sound quality
Cons: No rechargable battery, no radio transmitter.
I like that its got an alarm clock, a good sound quality, easy reamote controlled and its portable... the only thing i would miss would be a radiio am/fm transmitter and rechargable batteries so i dont have to be buying new ones all the time.

Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus Speaker System
Pros: Excellent ratio of price to quality, excellent sound, elegant design, easy to use
Cons: Limited console options, remote not as powerful as promised
I bought this model last week and have been using it every day with my iPod Classic. The sound quality is astonishing if you consider the relatively low cost and the size of the device. (It fills my apartment with crystal-clear music at only 75% volume.) It comes with an AC adapter and all the dock adapters you might need, so it's essentially a plug-and-play experience, though you'll have to buy batteries if you want to go portable.

Definitly Worth the money, sound quality is great and it can produce alot of sound for its size. Very portable (however a case for it wouldve been nice, i just carry it in its box) and its easy to use. The alarm function is nice but i wouldve liked it if it played my own ipods songs not some weird ringing. Overall a wonderful product.

You might think that for an 'alarm clock' costing over 60 bucks you can now wake up to your favorite music. No - none of that sort of space-age tech here. Instead all you will hear is a faint intermittent buzz-tone that might annoy you, but is hardly alarming or capable of waking up anyone who is actually tired and needs an alarm. There are no other options - no other sounds, no music, nothing. I have the same thing in a box somewhere that cost $5 at target, but was made before ipods so has features and design since it was made by thinking people who have used alarm clocks before and think in terms of function rather than easy, obscene profit. If you do wake up and want to turn it off just press the big nob on front, but be sure to put some large rocks behind it first since attempting to push a button on the front of an alarm that weighs about as much as your ipod will not turn it off until it falls off your table and onto the floor. If you can replace your ipod though, the speakers might still work, or at least the clock on the front. This is a very unnecessary piece of equipment. Sure, if I could fix the smashed ipod I could use its alarm instead, but, then, why do they make this? In this way - with a superfluous, unintegrated clock/alarm? Why not just make some smaller, better, heavier speakers? Logitech ought to be ashamed of such a blatantly misleading product that is the equivalent of duct-taping an alarm clock to your ipod and speakers without any attempt to integrate or improve either. If I had bought tape instead of this I would now have a superior product with a much better alarm (with options - like radio) that takes up much less space, would not slide or fall when used, and sound about the same when played. When I get money again that is what I plan do and I will sell my better alarm clocks here too, for a dollar less. So, instead of wasting your money now on this, hold out for mine and you will be a little happier (comes with input cord and extra tape!!!) I am constantly shocked at how many shoddy electronics are put out and sold for excessive prices, and how it is that every time I try to get a new gizmo I manage to find the worst of the rip-offs. How do these things keep getting made, bought, and then reviewed positively? I will be going back to buying all my electronics at rite-aid and walgreens where you expect poor workmanship and pay less for it.

Purchased my unit at a brick & mortar store. The remote works really well. The sound is terrific. I can hear it very well from anywhere in the room. I have it in our bedroom. At night: turn out the lights, go to bed, turn it on with remote, listen to some soothing music until I'm ready to go to sleep, turn it off with remote, it automatically dims, I go to sleep. Have had it about 3 weeks. No problems.

The Magic Box - I love this product, it is a great value for the money. The sound is excellent, I was very surprised how the sound quality was not affected by the placement of the player. I appreciate the option of taking it anywhere I wanted to, simply unplugged the cord and let it run on AA batteries.

It has good sound clarity and crisp acoustics. But its kinda annoying to reset the clock every time its unplugged. Overall, good value for money
