Pros: online is really fun
Cons: graphics and campaign
the online for this game is really fun. the campaign for this game is some what lame. if u dont play online dont buy this game. the graphics for this game are horrible. there are often times hackers online, but just leave those maches. if u have a ps3 get it 4 ps3 not wii.

Ok first of all, this is a good game but has one major problem. The missions are fun and not impossible and it has a good storyline. Its also very realistic. Too realistic. Most of the multiplayer and even storyline places are so dark you cant see five feet in front of you. Usually, your just shooting randomly or chucking grenades everyware. This darkness also makes it nearly impossible to snipe. Good game, but I'm sticking to reflex.

Call of Duty World at War - complete package
I purchased this game for my Wii. I have played this game on Xbox and PS3 but never for a Wii, and since I only own a Wii I was unwilling to spend the several hundreds of dollars to get the consoles I was use to. I was excited when I received the game and I had fun playing the arcade game mode. When I got to the Multiplayer portion I was not as pleased. Having to point the controller at the TV tired out my arm quickly and when I was being lazy and just twisting my wrist instead of extending my arm the aiming was way too jerky and I had many misses resulting in my player getting killed again and again. I know I am not the best player out there, no where close and there are some people that get so many kills and makes me wonder what are they doing that I am not? But I just was not happy with the game as much for the Wii as I was on Xbox360. Also the Wii does not use an HDMI cable which no matter which game I am running my resolution is less than Xbox360 or PS3. I would suggest this game for those consoles, and especially to newer versions where the gaming graphics are greatly improved upon!

The game is awesome to play. The storyline and game play are well rounded. Moreover, there is a good mix of weapons and learning adaptions during the game. The sniper round it fun in the game but couldn't recommend it during the wii-connection. Unfortunately, it was very fun playing the game online with people around the world until you get to the higher level rankings at which point every other game is full of cheaters that will call in air-strikes and helicopters, and have enemy UV online as soon as the game starts. Moreover, there was an instances recently where person was invisible and would just use his knife and follow you around the game. Not many people can hack a game but once they do it spreads like a virus - and because Nintendo has a no-patch policy the game manufacturer isn't able to fix their product. Luckily, this will change with the new Black Ops game coming out in November and is the only reason I am content on buying it because people that cheat ruin it for everyone else and just shows how incredibly stupid they are by having no tactics.

Call of Duty World at War - complete package
I've known about the Call of Duty games for awhile. I got this game as an anniversary present from my wife. I'm a history buff particularly WW2. This game is FUN, and "edgy". The combat is tense, fast paced and seems realistic except for being bloodless. It reminds me very much of the stories I have heard and read by WW2 vets. I don't have a zip shooter, but I do have a pistol shooter for the Wii which worked WELL. I expect to get a lot of time on this game. For me, the mark of a GREAT video game is playability. I don't want to have to read a lot of rules or guess at what I'm doing. This game is VERY playable and a lot of fun even for older guys like me.

Call of Duty World at War - complete package
Pros: Good reboot
Cons: Wiimote responsiveness, Could do without all the swearing, Brutality (russian missions)
The only reason the difficulty is "excellent" is because the Wii version response is so weird: unless you point the Wiimote directly at the sensor bar, the crosshairs will go all over the place, or not respond at all. This has caused me to die many, many times. The graphics are.....meh, story is great though. Great reboot for their WWII genre, just wish it was a little bit better then this. If you're going to buy this game get it for a different console or PC.

This is my favorite wii game. The gameplay is good, the graphics are good, the story is great, great all around game. The campaign mode is great. I like the russian mode more. The russian story has better characters and better story and better fighting. The american story is good but not great, you really dont get to know the characters. In this game you can use flamethrowers, which is very fun. The online is pretty good. There are 6 maps and some differnt game modes. Unlocking guns online is really fun. The online isnt that great because its wii and there is no chating and small games. But, for a wii game its good online. 20 times better then call of duty 3 which has no online on the wii. If it wasnt for the wii it would be the second best game ever, behind modern warfare 2. This game is very fun but i gave it 4 stars overall for only 8 people in online games. warning: this game is very violent and has bad language, dont give this game to kids under 10 at least if not 10, 13.

This game is one of the best games I have ever played!!!!!!!!! With the awesome guns in this game it is top notch. With it's "TWO PLAYER" capability and online using the WI-FI connection it is even more AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
