Product not what description states

Product arrived late. Seller said it was UPS fault. I guess I can't blame them for that. Seller quick to respond to my questions and was very willing to accept return if desired. Biggest issue was product was not everything stated in description (No Blu-ray drive). So far I am very happy with the product and I don't know if I will even miss the blu-ray drive. I just don't like being deceived.

I love this computer and in comparison to all the stores I been to buy
this fancy computer nothing beats the amazon price & I bought this system
to replace my old computer system that was amazingly slow same name brand
too it lasted more than six years and gotta say hate the vista windows but
the fact you can watch t.v,movies,blue ray,camera to chat & speaker its all worth the buy especially the memory which nothing beats this computer

Sony VAIO All in One

Overall I am pleased with this product. The screen is crystal clear and the computer has enough memory and horse-power to last well into the fture. But there are two issues that I'm dealing with that I wasn't anticipating. One is the fact that since it is an "all in one" computer, there is no option for setting up an external monitor. I set up my old computer to connect with my flat screen television as an extra monitor port. So if I was running a video on my computer, I could also view this on my big-screen television. Not an available option on the VAIO. Also, the television tuner does not work on an overseas cable system. Very disappointing.
