We already had the base set and 1 expansion handset. We have had them for at least 5 years. These are the best cordless phones I have ever owned. Audio clarity is amazing. Love these phones. So glad to have additional handsets.

I already had the base station, which has worked well for years and finally decided I needed another phone across the house. I may need one in the basement next!

It is a great simple phone to use. We have 3 of them in the house and they all have very clear reception no matter where you use it inside or outside the home. It is a very good value and I recommend it to anyone who wants a simple phone to use that does not require a phone jack at each location.
