ClickLess

Very easy to set up and to use; brief instructions/troubleshooting because it is so simple. Unfortunately, I could not get my computer to recognize it, and could not actually back up my data. However,I believe the problem was with my computer as I have had similar problems with other electronic devices and my USB port. Phone support was excellent while I tried to solve my problem; and when I thought the fault was with the ClickLess, they immediately shipped me another one out to try.

HD701 Clickfree backup

Computer Back-up

I had previously purchased a - Clickfree Automatic Backup for PC for my office and wanted one for home. It was impossible to find it anywhere else so I decided to try Amazon.com and there it was. I received it in a couple of days. It is so wonderful to just plug in and back up. One of the men at work was transferring from one computer to another and something happened and he was unable to retrieve his info so all he had to do was go to the clickfree and click on restore and it put all of his work on the new computer. After the initial backup it only takes seconds to backup as it only looks for new files. I highly recommend everyone purchasing this lifesaver. you will not regret it.
