Never in my life have I been so utterly disappointed in a game. My daughter's Math Play DS game had more witty wordplay than this game. I wanted a quick and simple game that would allow me to have fun creating words as opposed the loading and saving, 1 minute games that litter this cartridge. I have had more fun with my DS closed than I have with this game. Sighs.

I have a lot of word/logic games for the DS. This looked promising, but is not a very good game. The games are too simplistic for me. In several of the games, you cannot correct a letter input error, instead you have to click the "x" to clear the entire answer - and then in some instances, it penalizes you for having to do that! The most frustrating thing for me is that the stylus input is very erratic and it is difficult if not impossible, to correct input errors. Also, it would have been helpful to have a menu of the games with a picture to show you what you're about to play. Instead, you have to cycle through each title - if you don't remember what it's about, you have to "launch" it to find out which one it is.

This is not a word game. It's a game! Word searches, find a word amongst letters. There is nothing to do with learning vocabulary. My Word Coach is a vocabulary/word game. Margots Word Brain, doesn't know basic words. It has a limited vocabulary. This is not a vocabulary game for adults, it's just a game. If you want to look at basic words and create them (3/4/5/6 letter words) off of a word wheel, this is the game for you. The title is deceptive, there is no brain action here. This is a GAME, if that's what you want, to play word searches, it's what you're looking for. If your vocabulary extends beyond kindergarten there is no reason to play this game.

I agree with the reviews. I won't go into it in detail since the others did that already but I'll give out my opinion. I love word puzzles and was very excited to get this game.
I was disappointed in the variety. Clicking on a letter sometimes doesn't register, thus losing time on the timed game. I went through some games and lost interest.
There are other better word games out there. MUCH BETTER!!! Save your money and get my favorite one, Word Jong or My Word Coach or Spelling Challenges.

A Big Disappointment For Me
This game was a big disappointment to me. After pre-ordering it and waiting almost three months for it to arrive, I find it's got nothing much to interest me. I will try to describe the game so you can figure out whether it would suit you.
When you start up the game, orienting it in book fashion, you get Margot on the left screen while the touch screen pictures a sheet of note paper with "Save file loaded successfully." typed in tiny print. And I wonder: What file is being saved in this never before played game? Don't we usually play something before we have files to save? Don't really get that.
Next you tap on the check mark (Margot calls it a "tick". This is a British game. ) On the next screens you see M again, get some music and Margot greeting you with "Welcome to Margot's Word Game". Then the touch screen changes to the words "Word Brain" bracketed by left and right arrows, and at the bottom of the screen an "X" in a red circle (the X is referred
