Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
This Kodak EasyShare digital frame is a generation beyond the earlier models. With its touch border that allows the user to set up a slide show from a variety of options, the interface is friendly for even someone not entirely comfortable with new technology.

The unit comes with a black frame and two colored mattes (burgundy and silver) to dress up the look. Photos can be introduced either through a USB device or a memory card. Old digital frames used to have individual slots for the different kinds of memory cards, but the EasyShare has a single one that accommodates SD, XD, MMC, and MS cards. The included CD with EasyShare software is for Windows only; however, Mac software is available on the Kodak site. The best part of this frame is that you don't need the software to use it right out of the box. Simply stick in a memory device, turn it on, and the frame begins displaying. The only features this frame is missing that some more advanced models have are wireless connectivity

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
This very sleek looking picture frame displays your favorites photos (hundreds of them) in any way you desire, simply by using the `controls on the frame' Quick Touch Border. This allows for super simple operation with a touch or slide of your finger, with no screen fingerprints or smudges. The touch panel features yellow lights that illuminate to tell you exactly where to touch. You can set your frame vertically or horizontally. Some photos that do not fit the typical ratio are displayed in 'letterbox' style.

With the enclosed software, you can easily create multimedia slide shows from your desktop and easily transfer them to your Memory card/Stick to install into your frame. Browse and edit your family or vacation photos and easily drag-and-drop pictures for slide shows. The number of photos on your Kodak Easycare frame is limited only by the size of your memory card or memory stick (not included). With an 8 GB memory card/stick, you can store over 1,600 high quality photos (there

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
Kodak may have been late to the digital bandwagon, but they have in recent years stepped up the quality significantly. This digital frame has plenty of memory for photos at "its" resolution. Before you look at the fact it only has a small amount of memory. The screen is small enough so that a 480x234 image looks fine. A way to get more on the frame is to purchase a really large SD Memory card and bump up the amount of storage available.

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
I bought the Kodak EX 811 a year ago for my parents which was a wireless 8" digital frame. Unfortantely, many of the features were not fully implemented, and overall, the frame was a disappointment. Given that Kodak has had a year to get it right, I purchased the W1020 for myself to check it out. Wow. Kodak got this one right. I have only had a chance so far to configure the wireless feature and connect it to my online gallery, so there are many other features that I have yet to try. But my first impressions are very good from the nicely implemented on screen interface with a touch panel to features that were previously not implemented like power on/off which actually starts displaying photos from any source including the online gallery. I noticed that other features that were missing in the previous version are now available like a random display option so you do not always see the photos in the same order.

I am now hoping that I can now upgrade my parent's EX 811 to the latest

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
Just bought the Kodak W1020 and it far exceeds my expectations. Picture quality is best I've seen and you have 4 options to show digital pictures: SD/MMC card, Via 802.11 Wireless network to your PC picture library, pictures copied to the frame, and from pictures published on the internet. You can also set up some very neat Internet RSS feeds to show you weather forecasts and traffic updates. You can even set this thing up to turn itself on and off at specific times. We've got ours setup to come in the morning on work dayo show us the weather and traffic conditions. You'll need to setup a free account on Framechannel.com to access the RSS feeds and it takes a bit of manipulation to really figure out how to customize them to your hearts desire. It will also play music although the speakers are not exactly high fidelity, still you can do and it can access mp3 files from all 4 sources. The only trick is that to completely configure the frame you will have to load the s/w from Kodak and use

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
This display does a pretty nice job with close-ups of one or two faces, but pictures with three or four people in a group don't show up well, as the faces become pixelated -- the facial features are broken up because there are not enough pixels in a square inch to define those small features accurately. The faces in such pictures are distorted, as for example nostrils are magnified, lips are squared-off, etc. Close-ups look much better as there are a lot more pixels dedicated to represent each feature, allowing the natural shape of the facial features to emerge.

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
Bought this as a gift for my mom so that she wouldn't need to print digital pics anymore.
The touch screen makes all the difference. That's what differentiates this digital frame from most others with clunky buttons,hard-to-navigate menus, and remote controls.

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
I have had this digital frame for almost a week, and I am extremely pleased with the way it works. It is exactly what I wanted. I am no photographer; I have a lot of pictures on my computer, and I wanted to be able to copy them to a memory key, and then be able to view them on the frame. It all works seamlessly and with great ease. The touch commands take but a few minutes to figure out. For me, it seemed easy to separate pictures on different memory keys whether they are in portrait on landscape mode. The frame is right here on my desk; it is pretty small to have it at any great distance, and I could not imagine hanging it on the wall. It is not the faciest, and perhaps at some time in the future I might want something better. I highly recommend it, and hope that you will be as pleased with it as I am.

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
I bought this Kodak digital frame for my in-laws. It performed flawlessly and is so easy to use even the technically challenged can figure it out. I personally own an "off-brand" frame and was impressed with the outstanding picture quality and extra features of this Kodak product. I would buy another, and I may - for myself!

Kodak EasyShare 7" LCD Digital Photo Frame - White
I bought this frame as a mother's day gift because my mom was always talking about wanting to have a digital picture frame on her desk. Since it is for her desk the size is great. Even though it is plastic, the frame itself looks better than most since it doesn't have the bulky plastic frame like so many others. Quality wise the pictures are just ok - nothing stunning, but they look decent. I also like the touch border concept, which was easy to navigate. Now on to the really bad part. Perhaps it was just the frame we got but on the second power up no pictures would display. It just wouldn't recognize the SD card for some reason. When we would take out the SD card and put it back in we would get a purple screen of death and the whole thing would just freeze. This went on and on and on until eventually, after numerous times of taking out the card and putting it back in, it decided to start working again. This was the last time I saw the frame since it is now home with my mom, but
