An excellent value

I'd never owned a GPS unit before, so I took a stab at this one, and came away very pleased indeed. After a few minutes of fumbling around with it, I got things pretty well figured out and working. Instructions are on a CD rather than printed, so I got things going with little documentation - so will you, I'm sure!

Not only does it function nicely as a talking GPS unit, but is also a very decent MP3 and video player. It plays AVI format movies with very good quality - would be worth the price as a player alone!

Just an idea - I suctioned the mounting bracket to a hockey puck, and it drops nicely into a cup holder. Makes moving from one vehicle to another insanely easy!

Invion GPS Refurbished System

I think it is a really good system. I bought it for my husband for Father's Day. He loves it! The only real problem that we've had is that the house charger doesn't fit the system. We can only charge it with the vehicle charger. That the PRICE WE HAVE TO PAY FOR REFURBISHED! Other that that he thinks its Great!

Great

I bought this item at a relly good sale price and it has worked very well for me. Small canfusion when there are three exits in side of 1 exit, but other than that, I've gotten to all my location with no problem and it looks great in my car. Oh and it beats my friends Tom Tom that he bought for more and is smaller. :D

Good for the money

The gps works fairly well. The 4" screen is definitely a plus. You get what you pay for, because it does lack some of the features of the more exspensive models. It does meet my need, as I bought it to mount on my motorcycle.
