These are great headphones. They come with three sizes of earbuds (small and medium seem the most useful). I've done many long runs with them and neither the movement nor the sweat has affected them. The sound quality is excellent. My only reason for not giving the product five stars is the cord. There's a short cord to use if you wear your Ipod on the upper arm and an extension cord that needs to be at least three inches shorter. I'm 5'7" but if you're closer to 5'10" or 6' it should be perfect. Other than that slight inconvenience, which is easily worked around, this is an excellent product.

I use these earbuds while mowing to help keep out the noise as well as provide music. I especially like the shortened leads (extension is included in package) so that I don't get tangled up in them. The music comes through well but you need to make sure they are seated to keep out the noise of the engine.

I have purchased five pairs of inexpensive earbuds searching for the best pair for an inexpensive price...I bought this refurbished sony pair.....PROS.... Cord is thicker than most and adjustable...Buds are comfy...jack goes in sideways instead of straight putting less stress on the jack..Fairly good sound.....CONS....lots of bass NOOOO...sound is good but a bit muffled...I still prefer the $11.00 Panasonics

These headphones were pretty good, they had decent sound, sat well in my ear... They did tend to pull out pretty easily when I ran. One month from buying them though the left bud quit putting out sound. Wouldn't suggest them.

I have tried a lot of ear buds/head phones. I can be honest and say that the people buying Bose ear buds are fooling themselves that ANY ear buds/headphones are worth $99+. Don't get me wrong, the Bose do sound nice, there is no way you can convince me that they are any better than these for three times the price. I bet if you had these blind tested the Bose buyers could not tell the difference (I could not and I just tried a Bose set today) I have pretty decent hearing.
As far as fitment I think you need to be honest with yourself, if you don't want something in your ear, then look for a different set up. I personally find the tips to be very comfortable. (better than the Ipods) With 3 different sets of tips it should fit most people's ear canals. Again complaining that I have seen in these reviews of people with tiny ear canals or huge ones makes me wonder what people are thinking. If you have very unusual ear size, surgery that could cause pain or a deformity that would conflict

This was my second attempt to find a full sounding ear bud for my Nano 4g. I ended up returning this set and the VModa Bass, both high rated ear phones. These ear buds produced a distorted sound with no low end. I tried multiple EQ settings on the player, but I could not compensate. I was very surprised they received a high rating on Amazon. Perhaps these buds could not handle the output from my Nano 4g. Another factor may be the small driver size (8 mm). Otherwise, I thought they were of a high quality construction and were comfortable to wear.
I ended up with the Sony Mdr-Ed12Lp/Blu Budstyle Headphones (Blue). These buds produced a much fuller sound from my player and the buds stayed in my ear during my work out. These buds have a 16 mm driver.

You may recognize this review from the MDR-EX71 - That's because I tried them first - The EX75s were my hopeful, failed attempt to get a product for which the reliability would match the awesome sound. Fail.
I sit at a desk and work at a computer. My headphones sit on the same desk when not in my ears. All of this is to say that these do NOT take abuse. I bought a pair of MDR-EX71s and was so very impressed by the sound. I spread the word that these were the best sounding headphones I'd ever owned. Then the left ear piece stopped working after only a few months. SO - I upgraded to the MDR-EX75s thinking that they may have improved the design over time. They have but the new ones have failed after only a few WEEKS (right ear bud this time). The EX75s sound as good and fit better than the 71s, but the quality is still not there. After reading some reviews, I find this is apparently a common trend. I've ordered a set of Sennheiser CX300s - I've always liked their telephone headsets - hopefully

Sony Mdr-Ex75/Blk Ex Earbuds Headphones with 9Mm Hi-Sensitivity Driver (Black)
These Sony EX75 earbuds are the best ones I've ever tried. The sound quality is excellent. I love having a shorter cord with an extension if you need it. The earbuds stay in my ears easily without falling out. I tried the $100 Bose earbuds and perfer these instead. The sound is as good as the Bose. Plus these are extremely light weight which I love. These are my first pick of anything out there. I love every single feature about them.

I bought these to replace my EX71s that died a couple days ago. Man, are these an improvement! Why?
1. The sound: These seem to have a much more "real" sound to them. The highs are brighter, without being tinny, and the low end is punchy and tight. To me, these sound as good as, if not better than, the higher-priced Shure, Sennheiser, and Bose buds.
2. The appearance: This set looks much better than the 71s. Not a huge factor in my book, but it may be in yours.
3. The cord: These cords don't tangle as badly as the older Sonys did. They also abandoned the one-side-longer-than-the-other design, for the more traditional V-shape.
4. The buds themselves: The silicone parts actually stay attached to the plastic housing on this model! (a known issue with previous models)
5. The price: The bang for the buck factor on this set is at the top end of the scale. These $40 headphones compete with models 5X to 10X their cost.
What you get:
- 1 pair of headphones w/ medium buds installed
- 1 2'

My old Sony earphones finally wore out after about 5 years. I had purchased some really nice Shure earphones for my wife so I used them for about 2 weeks to decide if I wanted some for myself.
I finally decided these (much higher priced) Shures had great mid and mid high sound but I just didn't love them. I really wanted a "richer" sound with better lows.
I decided to get the new Bose earphones but, at the moment I went to get them, no one had them in stock.
I found these on sale for one day only at a better price than Amazzon so decided to get these as a "stop-gap" and do more research.
Well, I was blown away! I love these things!
I was afraid that the bass would be too "thumpy" but they are JUST RIGHT for me.
The mids and the highs aren't as crisp as more expensive earphones but these feel (sound) very rich with fun bass.
I'm no longer looking for an upgrade.
I wear these earphones in my ears for over three hours every night and I find them to be very comfortable.
I have been using them

I use these with a iPod Nano for running. The length of the cord is perfect for connecting to the nano in an armband. The silicone buds are the same as the sony mdr-ex70 (my previous earphones) and are quite comfortable. They will stay in the ear no matter how sweaty you get when you exercise. Great sound of course. The sound is slightly better then the ex70. Really good for sealing out all ambient noise. Another bonus feature is that the plug is iphone compatible. I have used it direct to the iphone, but I prefer to use another product (made by shure) that has the mic with my sony earphones. There are honestly no major negatives to these great earphones. Do keep in mind that they need to be cleaned frequently to make sure they continue to sound good. The silicone buds are quite durable, I used the same pair on my ex70s for about 4 years with no noticeable degradation.
