apparently when I bought this DVD player I did not realize my TV is so old that I need an RF modulator to use it, which I still havent bought. So make sure your TV has the appropriate input spots, otherwise you'll end up running around to find an RF modulator. So I dont know what the picture quality is like, but the price was hard to beat. I've shopped Overstock before without issue.
