Excellent battery ... I have the PSP slim and I am getting over 8 hrs of gameplay per charge. It does seem to take just a little longer to recharge than the slim, but it is worth it. The extra cover fits perfectly with just a slight bulge in the case and a slight increase in weight ... I actually have a little more to hold onto on that side now. Highly recommend over the slim battery.

The battery life of the PSP was ok, but I had always wished it lasted a bit longer. This battery pack claims to increase play time 2 hours... and thats about what it delivered.

this is a great product with a 2200 MaH battery providing double the life of the 1100MaH it comes with (the psp slim) and this package comes with the coveted "fat" doors that will allow the slim to hold the bigger battery the doors come in 2 colors in this package, Piano Black and Ice Silver (jack and Daxter model) sorry folks no white yet. the battery has performed as good if not even a little better then i expected with around 6 hours of solid umd playback and 11 hours+ of gaming time or playing music. so you can't beat this package and I bet the doors in this package become very hard to get in the future. so if you are a sony PSP owner and Lover like me then you will Definately want one of these kits.

This kit contains the same 2200mAh extended battery that has been sold for years. Will extend the battery life of the PSP slim by almost 50% since it is nearly twice the capacity of the standard 1200mAh slim battery. This will give you sufficient juice to play games/videos/music for at least 6-8 hours a charge, depending on how much games vs video vs music you are playing. Video playback seems to drain the battery the most, followed closely by game playing. Music playback barely uses any battery life.
This kit only gets 3/5 stars since it includes black and silver 'bulge' battery covers, but no white ones for those who bought the Star Wars edition ceramic white PSP slim. They should have just sold the covers separately since many people will want two or more extended batteries but won't need all those extra battery covers. And then they could have sold a white one as well.
