Pros: Screen size
Cons: The iphone has more applications
Safari closes suddenly, unexpected; very hard to put the 3g card; the buttons (volume, etc) are all in plastic; loses wifi connection unexpectedly; nem Maps is terrible. I was expecting more...

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Love it, love it, love it!!!! It has made an Apple fan of me. I use it for just about everything except printing and that is my own fault. I bought an HP AirPrint printer that turns out is not IPad compatible.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: Retina display is brilliant
Cons: Performance is already surpassed
If you don't need the top of the line performance, this is a fine choice. I had a 2nd gen and it died so I purchased this one mere days before the announcement of the 4th gen iPad. When my son needed to replace his, I just gave him the one I'm reviewing and bought the 4th gen. No comparison. While the 3 was a nice incremental improvement over the 2, save for the retina display which is vastly superior, the 4 is a huge performance improvement. So, if you're prime concern is price and you don't need blinding processor speed and better wifi, stick with the 3.

Pros: The HD is so clear. The camera takes great pictures.
Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike.
I had the 1st iPad which was really nice but this one really tops it. I cannot believe how great all my HD shows and movies are. It has been a "great escape" for me.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: Size, lightweight
Cons: Nothing yet
I bought this to take on the road with me when I travel overseas. My first big trip is coming up soon, so we'll see if this is a good swap for a laptop. I love the size and weight- if nothing else, it will cut down on my baggage weight. It seems pretty quick, and most of my apps seem to work on it. I haven't had enough time to try everything yet, but it seems to work well.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: easy to set up and use, easier for typing longer emails or reports, largest choice of apps and music of any.
Cons: more expensive than other tablets but it's the standard for what other manufactures follow
Currently the best tablet out on the market for it's size and features. Apple set the bar for what others are trying to do. Hard to tell whether that will remain the case in the future but for now I think it's the best tablet out there for what it does (and I've tried out the others).

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: Easy to set up.
Cons: Nothing what's so ever.
I’d toyed with the idea of getting an iPad for a while, and finally I decided to get one. Now that I’d made the decision of getting one, I had to decide which mottle I wanted to get. Originally I was going to get the sixteen GB wifi one, but after talking to my best friend, she convinced me to get one that had more space. So, now I had to decide if I wanted to get the thirty-two mottle or the sixty-four mottle. After looking at the price for both of them, I decided that I was going to get the thirty-two because the sixty-four was a little too expensive for my liking. With my decision made, I applied for the Best Buy credit card. This was my second time applying for it and after getting denied for it again, I was going to use one of my other cards to buy it or at least I was going to use one of my other cards to buy it until I spoke to someone who told me the reason as to why I got denied. Anyway, long story short, I went into a Best Buy store and reapplied, and long behold, I got approved. After talking to my best friend a few days before I went into the store to reapply for a third time, she managed to convince me to spring for the sixty-four GB mottle with cellular connectivity. At first I was a little hesitant but then I started thinking about how nice it would be not to take my heavy laptop with me every time I went on a trip. With that in mind, I bought the sixty-four GB mottle with cellular connectivity. When I got home, I immediately plugged it into my computer and set it up. Of course this being an Apple product, it only took me about five minutes, maybe a little less, to complete the setup process. Once I was finished, I started playing with it. Because I’m visually impaired, I couldn’t enjoy the amazing retina display that the new generation iPad came with. For those of you who are reading this review, you’re probably thinking why I didn’t just buy the iPad two and save a few dollars. The truth is that I’m a big tech junkie and didn’t want to get something that was a bit older. Anyway, when I first got the chance to play with one at the store, I noticed that the layout of the iPad was a little different than the iPhone or the iPod. When I tapped on the app store, I noticed that the layout of that was also different. Some of the apps made for the iPad were a bit different, to. I also noticed that navigating was a little harder. For me, I had to randomly tap the screen to get whatever it is I wanted to appear on the screen. Despite those little annoyances and believe me when I say they can get annoying, this is a great product and I would highly recommend getting one of these to a friend. Oh, and I haven’t experienced the heat issue that other people have experienced.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: Retina screen is amazing. App selection is incredible.
Cons: 3rd party cases are better than Apple's.
I'm a professional writer and business owner, and this iPad has replaced my laptop for about 80% of my work (which means my laptop will enjoy a much longer life). Paired with Logitech's Solar Keyboard, it is even sufficient for working on my current book project while i'm overseas (and during the flight). The app selection is phenomenal. I use "Explain Everything" as a marker board in the class room, Dropbox for sharing folders, Evernote for capturing info, and can even edit MS Office docs with Quickoffice. It's also great when my brain is fried and I just want to watch a good movie. The retina screen resolution is incredible.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: Everything
Cons: BestBuy gave me a unit that would not configure
Drove 15 miles to the only BestBuy in the area that had one so I could take advantage of a father's day special and have the unit in time for a trip. Turned it on in the store to make sure it worked but couldn't configure it there because BestBuy doesn't have WiFi like Apple stores do. Got the unit home and it would not configure! Called applecare and they said they could not help, unit would have to be returned. Didn't want to drive another 30 miles to go back to the BestBuy so went to an Apple store who helped me out and exchanged the unit. They said it was probably a return that BestBuy hadn't processed properly, making it look like an invalid serial number.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: The Technology
Cons: Price
I'm usually not one to "buy into" any sort of hype on anything, especially electronic. However, after multiple friends of mine purchased iPads (1, 2, and new) over the past couple years, and constantly raved about how great they are, I finally broke down and bought one. I didn't even play with it in the store. I just bought it and took it home. Well, in just a few simple words, "I was blown away!" Impressive screen, easy to use (I'm an iPhone user, so that helps -- but even a newbie like my 85 year old grandma could figure this thing out), and fast! Yes, I always found my iPhone 4 to be fast, but the new iPad is way ahead of it. Anyway, enough said really... you can't go wrong with this new iPad. It really is fantastic for both personal use, entertainment, and business. It's all around GREAT!

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: 1080p video quality, 5mp still camera and fast processor
Cons: Haven't found ANY negatives
I used my iPad 1 both at home and in my plane. The sceen was barely visible in the plane but still readable when using a moving map display. The New iPad brightness and resolution is wonderful! No more looking over the top of my sunglasses to read my moving map anymore. The screen refresh rate is so much better with the faster processor. It's a keeper!

Pros: Portable and I can take it EVERYWHERE!
Cons: WIFi hot spots don't connect all of the time. :(
I really love my new iPad 3! I take it everywhere I go...work, airport, beach, long road trips, etc... I don't miss any personal or work emails. I'm always able to be contacted.

Apple iPad MD368LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi + AT&T 4G, Black)
Pros: lightweight and easy to use
Cons: Lack of productivity software
An iPad is a good addition to a laptop or desktop it will not replace either. It is good for surfing the internet, email and has potential when paired with the right equipment to be a universal remote for a wide range of gadgets in your home. For example, with an IR emitter it can be a universal remote for every TV, DVD, ROKU, CABLE BOX. But you need that other piece of equipment or all those items would need to connect wifi to an app. There are garage door openers with apps that will tell you when you have left the garage door open and you can close it remotely, but you have to have an opener that is wifi. Same with a home security system or thermostat.
