beware of seller: deals of today

After leaving the negative feedback below, deals of today emailed me and said they would not refund unless I remove the negative feedback warning potential customers(victims as far as I am concerned). They still claim that the item that came in a pasted together box with several components missing is new,how hard is it for anyone to figure out that is a lie! Seller "deals_of_today", aka "amazcentral", aka "greatbuys" and who knows how many other aliases they use to sell under, sells used items as new. I bought what was suppose to be a new wireless keyboard. It was not! It came in a box taped together, no manual, no driver, not even the right packaging inside of the taped together box. I know this because I bought a new one from amazon directly for my mother and it was in the manufacturers box with the instructions and the driver to install so you could use it. I also looked at it new at Best Buy. I emailed the seller several times, they agreed to pay postage back and refund in full but  more
