Pros: Easy to set up, fast
Cons: RAID Problems
Have had this drive for a month and a half now, in this time I've had to rebuild the RAID 4 times and now it wont even rebuild. Will need to take into geek squad and get the data off the drives and buy some new drives. While it worked it was EXTREMELY fast. If I didnt have the problems that I'm having it would definitely be rated higher for me.

Pros: Very fast, setup for raid was easy
Cons: Price; no cable included.
Device works great through the ThunderBolt interface on my iMac; the speed is great and the raid configuration tool (speed vs reliability) was trivial to set up.
...
Pros: Availability on the market, ability to use Raid 1 mirroring
Cons: Installation required technical support
Limited availability of thunderbolt drives that have mirroring. This was the only one I could get my hands on. Installation seemed to go easily, until I went to configure the Raid 1 configuration. I had to call technical support and download new software for the mirroring to work. After using the drive for a couple weeks, one of the drives reported a failure. After about 6 hours to rebuild the failed drive, everything is up and functioning.
...
Pros: Just plug it in!
Cons: Doesn't come with Thunderbolt Cable
This is by far the FASTEST raid system available for a Mac. Transfer rates are extremely good and the first time I used it I backed up 300+ GB of RAW photos in under 1 hour.

Pros: Easy to setup, Fast Connectivity, Quiet, Reliable
I'm using this in combination with an internal SSD to replace the single 5400 RPM drive that came with my MacBook Pro. User drive is still on the SSD so it maintains portability, but all of the big media libraries live on the external enclosure. Reconfigured to RAID 1 for peace of mind. I'm very happy with this purchase - it's much faster than the FW800 enclosure I used previously.
