Pros: The reimbursment
Cons: Everything - it just does not work !
This tablet was part of a pre-purchase we did prior of our trip to USA. The tablet worked only once. After that, it just died.<br />We took it back to Best Buy 5th Ave., and had to wait for Customer Service. Only one guy working, and he was busy. He glanced our problem and sent us to the "Geek" technical corner, or something like this. Again, only one guy working here. And he was busy on the telephone. Forever. He looked at us and kept talking on the phone. We went back to Customer Service, but the only guy there said we had nothing to do but wait. When the guy finally ended his phone call, he looked at the tablet and confirmed it was really dead. Then, he sent us back to the guy at Customer Service - no, this is not a joke - so we could have a gift card for reimbursment. Awful !
