Strengths: Quiet, cheap, reasonable image quality.
Weaknesses: TV out doesn't work on my copy.
Summary: I bought this card a couple of months ago. It looks really nice, is reasonably quiet, image quality on my 1600x1200x75Hz CRT monitor is reasonably good. However, TV-out never worked despite multiple driver reinstalls. Also be very careful about rebate offers, HIS does not like parting with their money and will even resort to lying about reasons (e.g. they claimed that UPC code I sent was invalid, even though I did cut out the only symbol on the box).
