The only thing the PC version of this game has in common with its PS2 and XBOX360 counterparts is the title character. 5 mindless mini-games and your kid is done. I've played game demos that dwarf this rip-off.
No doubt families will buy thinking it resembles the other versions. It doesn't. Safari Rescue for the PC is one of the SHORTEST GAMES IN HISTORY. Replay value not included.

My four year old daughter loves Diego and the show, so thought this would be a shoo-in. However, she completed this game, start to finish, in 11 minutes, with no help. The higher difficulty ratings just mean you do more of the same - instead of matching 4 numbers, you do 8, etc.
She said it was stupid and doesn't want to play it again; would agree with the former and add that its repeat playability is nil.
