I love this camera! It is easy to use, and doesn't have so many buttons I forget what they are for in-between uses. It has enough advanced features that you can do some more professional shots, but the auto focus pics are beautiful. The lens is pretty good at telephoto for such a small camera, but since the lens is so small, any little piece of dirt or fuzz causes large orbs on pictures. I have to clean off the lens regularly to avoid this. The recovery speed in between pics is a bit slow, but to have this small and convenient of a camera, that is the trade off. The square shape of the camera bothers some people, but I do fine with it--it seems to give my fingers a place to hook onto when I take a pic. The close ups with this camera are great.
