Mount delivered extremely fast - within 48 hours. Very sturdy, no problem with weight of a 28 lb. TV. Universal TV template and easy connect to wall bracket made assembly easier. TV was in place an hour after mount delivered! Same mount was almost double the price at national chain store.

The VM400 is an excellent mount and is easy to install and adjust. For my 32 inch set I was able to install the mount and TV without a helper.
Pay particular attention to the fact that the center of the TV will be offset 3 inches from the wall mounting holes when the mount is fully contracted. In my case this was a major advantage since the wall studs were not centered in the mounting space available for my TV.
One negative is that the cable routing system is rather crude although it is functional.

I purchased this mount for my 40" Samsung LCD and I am very happy with it. My TV is 39 lbs. and I can't detect any flexing in the mount. I built a mounting structure with 2 x 4's to be able to put it in the location I wanted it - just make sure your wall is sturdy - the mount itself weighs about 20 lbs.
