Medal of Honor: Heroes 2
I really did expect more out of this game. First of all, the graphics were better in MOH Vanguard. While the graphics weren't as bad as Far Cry Vengeance (which looked like an N64 game) they should have been a lot better. They're were suppose to make each system version of this game "system specific," but we got PSP graphics on the Wii.

I feel the user interface was also a lot better in Vanguard. The controls felt smoother and easier to use. The controls are pretty decent though. I'll have to try out the Wii Zapper. The AI is horrible all around. Allies and Axis are both horrible. Enemies will be running in one direction then in a split second turn and fire at you (impossible physics). Also, its hard to tell when they die (which is most annoying in multiplayer). The enemies kind of hover for a second, then their knees buckle a little, then they fall over.

The online multiplayer is decent. You can create a friends list to join games together which is pretty nice. You carry a profile which

I wish I could take these controls and import them into Halo 3, because after playing MoH2 online for a week, I can't go back to gamepads. I want my wiimote!

I can turn quicker, aim more accurately, and it seems my reaction time is faster as well. Overall Halo 3 and CoD4 are better games, but their controls are last-gen compared to MoH2.

If you own a Wii, you at least need to rent this game, to get a taste of the future of FPS game controls. It even controls better than Metroid Prime 3 (which I found sluggish).

Medal of Honor: Heroes 2
Until Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, Metroid Prime Corruption was the only quality first person shooter game for the Nintendo Wii, and Metroid is far from the traditional FPS game.

EA does nearly everything right with Heroes 2 for the Wii. It sounds great, plays great, and looks good enough. The controls are the best of the FPS genre on Wii. In my opinion, its as easy as a mouse and a keyboard. After a few sessions, you will surely be deadly accurate with your Wii Remote. The game gives you dozens of options in terms of adjusting your controls, in terms of sensitivity of movement.

I thought this game would simply be lost in the shuffle of WWII shooter games. However, this game manages to stick out because of its unique control system and competitve online play. The online could not have been done better - create an EA account and start playing. The multiplayer offers three modes - Capture the Flag, Team DeathMatch, and DeathMatch. Up to 32 players can be in one room at the same
