The first thing we did was replace Vista with XP as there isn't anywhere NEAR enough memory to run Vista. Boot up with Vista was nearly 4 minutes. It's lightning fast with XP. Now that XP has been installed, we love it. Our battery did go out within the first 30 days and it took us a couple of days to figure out that was the cause of it not turning on AT ALL. But once we figured that out, it's been smooth sailing ever since.

I really like my notebook. It is Windows Vista. It ran a little slow at first, but I removed unwanted and un-needed stuff, runs great now. Good computer!

I currently have this computer and it is used as a family computer. I am looking to buy my daughter her own laptop. I am considering buying her the same computer I have. The computer runs very fast on highspeed internet. No complaints.
