ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Fast, Fast Performance, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Powerful, Quality Display, Quiet
Use this in business. Excellent for frequent traveler. Selected this over the Apple MacBook Air, Toshiba Ultrabook, Dell, etc. More external ports, lower cost, and runs widely used operating system that runs large number of business applications. Performance is amazing and it is ultra thin and light! Asus provides some cool apps to boot. Face recognition for logon is neat allows you a fast logon from standby.

Pitfalls: Touchpad is unpredictable. Dont like any touchpad though and prefer external mouse. Recommend to use a bluetooth mouse to keep USB 2 and 3 ports open.
Keyboard is fine. I do press the keys center and surely. If you are light typer you will need to adjust to be efficient typer.

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Portability
Cons: wifi, until I fixed it - or it fixed itself.
First off, Best Buy got this to me in 3 days, with the free shipping. Very impressive. Right out of the box the UX31 was as aesthetically pleasing as I had hoped. I plugged it in, let it charge for an hour, then turned it on for the first time. Went through the process of making a bootable ISO, then left the house while waiting for it to complete. Getting back to the house, the computer is up and running, so I test out the time it takes to wake up, and the time it takes for a cold start. ~2 seconds and ~15 seconds, just like everybody has been saying. My room is situated about 10m from my wireless router (Netgear WDNR series, about 1 year old) and had massive problems trying to connect. After 2 hours of fiddling, I finally got onto a stable connection which then persisted throughout the night - Hopefully when I get home today, it is the same. Could have been the router, could have been the UX, I'm not sure, as my iPhone occasionally has the same problems, but the housemate's wireless-n usb receiver and PS3 never have these problems. Every time it wanted to connect it would ask me to turn on wireless capability. It would work for about 20 seconds and then go out again. I'm not entirely sure how I got the connection to stay good, but I was messing with the FN-F2 button (wifi+bt toggle) and sitting about 3 feet away from my router, then the connection stuck throughout the rest of the night, even when I brought it back to my room. Speed tests from speedtest(dot)net topped out at 11.23 mb/s down and 2 mb/s up, so that was pretty impressive.

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Good processing speed, fast startup, nice display
Cons: USB-Ethernet 10/100 Dongle
I've had the Zenbook Core-I7/256GB for about two weeks now, and am thoroughly pleased with it. I'm a photographer, so my primary use for it is to review and edit high res photographs from my DSLR's while on the road.

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Fast, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Powerful, Quality Display, Quiet
This is a great product. Great sound quality, light weight, looks very sleek. It impresses everyone I show it to and it comes with a great case, adapters, and warranty. In the PC world, this is the way to go. Compared to Mac it doesn't have as many touchpad features or keyboard shortcuts, but it is a lot cheaper for the same specs. The keys are very "light pressure" in that it you don't feel the typing as much which takes some getting used to, but they have a metal finish which looks cool.

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Battery, Screen, Weight, Size, Performance
Cons: sluggish in powersaving mode, cannot customize touchpad, keyboard undecided.
The Zenbook has a very striking design compared to other products on the market. I was choosing between this model and the Samsung Series 9 which was also in the same price range at the time of purchase. Ultimately, the Zenbook had superior construction and was offered in a quad core model. The ultimate deciding factor for choosing the Zenbook is its 1600x900 resolution screen.

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Design, Sound, nice resolution
Cons: Keyboard, Touch Pad, Narrow angle of sight.
I bought it several days ago. its design is great, especially sharp thin and material of laptop cover feel good.
But, as several users said, its Touch Pad is hard to control when I bought and the Keyboard is inconvenient to write correctly. So, I installed the new software that can control Touch Pad correctly, finally I can do it like Samsung 9 series. But, The Keyboard is still uncomfortable to type. As I know, there is no rule of improving the typing feeling.
Finally, the resolution of the display was great, but the angle of sight is too narrow to see. I think Asus need to adapt the better IPS panel like Samsung and LG.

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: It's size, weight and perfomance.
Cons: Bad keyboard with no backlight and a not so great touchpad.
I have owned this laptop for about a month now. The size and weight are perfect. It comes with a really nice carry case. The keyboard really takes some getting used to and can be very frustrating. It only registers the keys being pushed if you push it completely all the way down. I feel they could have done a much better job with the keyboard. Plus would it have really been that hard to make it backlit? The touchpad has gotten better with some drivers updates. Still could use some work. It still picks up a lot of inadvertent touches when typing and it is supposed to be "off".

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Comfortable Keyboard, Fast, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Powerful, Quality Display, Quiet, Silence Size Head Turner
The machine is STUNNING. I LUST this machine! Only small problems I can detect are the Monitor Hinge will likely weaken over time and need service since the screen weighs far more than the keyboard/body, the touchpad mouse movement is a little sluggish and overcompensates which decreases accuracy, the USB 3 Port cannot be used a the same time as the VGA Output port since the jacks are too close. No other issues thus far! It is totally worth it! Get the fastest one you can! i7 Kev =)

ASUS Zenbook UX31E-DH72 13.3-Inch Thin and Light Ultrabook (Silver Aluminum)
Pros: Fast, Lightweight, Long Battery Life, Powerful, Quality Built, Quality Display, Quiet
I am a travel/business professional, and after 2 weeks of use (while traveling), I can say basically this slim book gets the job done(showing video to clients, typing notes / invoices). And it is ultra light weight to carry around and show off to people, a big piece of eye candy, not to mention it also came with a nice custom-fit case. Then it comes the bad parts: 1. The mouse pad funtions funny (If not awful), once in a while it freezes up, for a duration of 3~10 seconds. 2. Wi-Fi performs so-so. Well, hopefully the above issue can be solve by updates. In general, I do recommand this laptop to other travel professionals (or professionals that travels alot).
