I really didn't have an issue with the product. I had an issue with the Best Buy In Orem, UT that left a bad taste...And I was not planning on reviewing this and to just let it go. But since I got an email to review it...I will go ahead and weigh in with my experience. If the Customer service wishes to contact me they can: I bought two of these players on Dec 17th for Christmas. We began to use them, and I noticed that the players (both of them) had issues when connecting to Keis which is the Samsung program. In addition my computer would not recognize the players when I connected them to the computer. It would always say installing device drivers every time. Both of the players came with firmaware version of 2.3.5. Well, I decided to return one of them and see if it was defective. When I exchanged it I saw that the new exchanged player came with a firmaware version of 2.3.6 and it made a difference. It worked! I went ahead and returned the second one and the same thing. When I returned the second one and tried to explain this to them, they treated me like I was lying, they connected the player to a computer and tried to prove me wrong. I explained it to them, and they overlooked my explanation and seemed like they didn't care. But they ended up exchanging it. I was within 30 days to return anyways. I feel there was dishonesty when they sold me the first players...maybe they wanted to sell older versions of the firmaware that clearly had issues, but I'm glad I caught that and was able to exchange them. Best Buy why was this not something you tell customers when buying these players? I had a horrible experience with their customer service not believing me. My new players have Firmaware 2.3.6 and while not the latest Android OS it works awesome! Better than 2.3.5...And also the first players I returned never ever updated to 2.3.6...The last thing, was that they didn't even show an "update software" option under the settings and device info. I feel mislead and taken advantage of during the Christmas Shopping. But the product is great! Just make sure it has the 2.3.6 firmaware and ask to double check because they won't tell you this.
