Pros: Nice sound, Good Battery Life, Nice Looks
Cons: Price is a little high, Could sound a little clearer
Bought the Bose SoundLink from local Best Buy and had it for a day. After I brought it home I didn't feel like it sounded like a "$300" speaker. I took it back the next day after reading some reviews online that Logitech had a wireless boom box for $119 and it sounded better than the Bose. Had the Logitech for a day and understood why the Bose was $300 and felt that taking it back wasn't such a wise choice. The Logitech had a cheap feel to it and the wife wasn't to impressed how it looked. Yes the Logitech sounded better as far as highs. If The SoundLInk had tweeters then it would sound awesome but Bose stuff tends to have warm sound. But it dose not sound bad. I have been into anything and everything to do with sound all my life. Weather it was home theater, Pro Audio, car audio etc. I have always been critical on how stuff sounds. The things that I like about the Bose the most is the battery life, and how it looks. The stand that doubles as a grill protector is pretty sweet too. I noticed that when I had this connected with my computer that it didn't sound as good as it did when it was connected to my iPhone or iPad. So needless to say I took the Logitech back and got another SoundLInk. Now that I have had it for a week and got to use it over the weekend out camping with friends and family I really got to put it to the test and really like it. I have listened to it everyday since I got it and am really happy with much purchase. Sure there may be some others out there that sounds better but Bose managed to pull off something that is more than just a good sounding speaker. Its packed with alot of other great features as well.
