I have researched online and looked at other mounts in stores and thought this was one of the better built mounts out there. It doesn't hurt that I can get it for about half the price of stores like BB or CC. Ordered it from Etronics and the items arrived on times as promised.
When I opened the box, I was glad I ordered the item. The brackets and wall plates are smooth and have a finish that indicated its high quality. Also included within the box are all the possible bolts & washers & spacers combinations. I have a Panasonic plasma, so the M8 bolts are the perfect fits. The others were M4, M5, M6 (metric types). Check your plasma or LCD manuals to see if they are compatibles.
Anyway, installation was very simple. You do need two people, though, to lift your mounted TV and brackets into the wall plate. Even though it is rated for up to 175 lbs, with the huge lag bolts that are provided (as big as the ones used for my garage door), nothing is going to move once it is in place.
